i should have a favourite dancer. i already have a fave actress. oh, the dancer in the vid is Polina Semionova. she's only 22 this year. and she got the principal role at 18!! so damn cool i tell you. i don't think i'd be half as good in 4 years time. sigh. i love her ronde de jambe in the beginning, and her turns at the end. whooo.

KEIRA KNIGHTLY

she's my new favourite actress. hahaha. but not like i had a favourite one before. haha. cos i read this article on her in this mag frm my dentist last week, and i decided that she'll be my new fave actress. hahahaha.

yupp. she's only 21 this year? whooo. hahaha. and she filmed bend it like beckam at 17. coolness. yupp. she's damn pretty!! aaah. and skinny. look at her stomach. *dies* xD sigh, only thing is, she's a brit, not an american. but then again, that gives her her cool brit accent. =]

today was nice. but there's like something about malu-ing myself? oh wellz.

erm, had semi-dress rehearsal today. came sorta late. heh. then juleene was waiting for me. hahaha. she was like walking back and forth. =x yeah. oh, btw, juleene's my little girl that i was supposed to tie hair for. she's so super cute. haha. yeah. so tied her hair (relatively neat too!) and went to get stuff ready. but then, found out yi fen didnt have someone to tie her hair, so did it for her too. hahaha. she's super cute too! ahaha. and she and juleene are frm the same class(3sy). they look so adorable in their clown costumes. xD oh yeah, juleene can do that forward flippy thing!! ahhhh!!

anyway, there was so many yellow's for jumping. heeheehahaha. oh yeah, have this one picture with eryn on pointe. so she was taller than me. hahaha. too bad i wasnt looking UP at her properly. BLAAH.

hmmm... rehearsal was ok. did starlight the second time in my costume. the skirt is so damn short i tell you. -.- yeah. i malu-ed myself for nevermore. the correction part. eeyerr. stupid stupid hsien fa. pfft.

OOH. let me tell you abt the hsien fa game. ahahahhaa. its damn funny. oh, problem is, dunno how to explain it here. oh wellz. =x

yeah. came back frm dinner at holland v. had xiao long bao la mian. and then nydc for dessert. yummmm. i think my mom's friends are very interesting. hahaha. one of them thinks really deep thoughts. which is kind of nice to hear. hahaha. like makes you think more about life? i dunno. she kinda made sense, but didnt at the same time? and another is so super funny. she made me laugh and laugh and laugh. hahaha. yeahh.

malu-ated myself a few times today. blaaah.

today was fun / tiring / boring / nice / slow / fast / confusing / straight-forward / ordinary / interesting / bad.

contradicting myself is fun. hahaha. but that wasnt really contradicting myself. oh wellz.

so anyway, had mrs chan's dance. ran through the items. nothing much. there's something seriously wrong with the cd player. it skipped both starlight and nevermore cd. hahaha. so we did both half way. heh. yup.

then stayed back to erm do the starlight skirt. ying and dawn were there too. haha. stood for 3 hours. read 6th chapt of my chinese book, the longest one ever. now, i only have 50 pages left. yees! erm, oh yeah, ms heng popped in once. and she saw ying studying bio, dawn doing hist, and me reading my chinese book, then she was ' i can't believe the girls are actually studying.' -.- hahahha. what did it look like? we were reading for funn??! hahaha. yeahh. and she sounded scary, even thought she was only joking. dots..

yupp. they gave us lunch too!! frm the general office. think it was catered food. and then, we had tou fu cooked by mrs phua. heeheehahaha. so if you're wondering if our vice-principal can cook, she sure can, and very well too. xD yupp. oh, but before that, we had like half a big pack of dark chocolate hershey kisses and lao po bing/old wife things. hehh. the chocolates rocked. the old wife biscuit was nice too. =x

and then, came home and stayed home for 45min, then had to go out again for tll. that is why i don't come home after school before tll. stupid waste of time. but i did finish the NEWater thing. yayness. i hope, wish, pray, dream, aspire to finish homework by friday. oh shit, that's tomorrow, nevermind then. =x

i'll continue my list and do replies some other day.

went to changi museum thing today with krix. met at sch and took a cab there. it was quite nice. managed to read everything for once. hehh. spent like an hour and a half there, then decided to go town. oooh. i like the cabbie who drove us to town. hahhaa. he was an old guy, but he talked about erm education and asked us why we were there and why we went all the way to changi since we live like arnd bukit timahh. yupp.

went down to cine. oooh. and we went to watch SHE'S THE MAN!! yaayy!!! finally! was supposed to have burger king for lunch, but the line was too long, so we had popcorn and wedges frm the cinema first. she's the man was sooooo fun and funny! omg. i lurrrved the spider part. *happy sigh* amanda bynes looks super tall. she's taller than more than half the girls in the show. oh wellz. by the time the showed finish, we werent hungry for burger king anymore. hehh.

went over to heeren. almost bought mini voodoos, which were so cute, but decided against it. got earrings though. xD

in a woman's world, men would be tailor made; high heels wouldn't hurt; husbands would give birth; diamonds would grow on trees..

not gonna continue my list for this post, cos i have other important things to blog about. yupps. i think.

so, for ms ong's class, xu jie took charge and tried to improve our pirouettes. yayye. but it so was not my turning day. my turning days are getting less and less. sucks. so here are the things i need to do to have nice clean doubles, and hopefully, triples:

shoulders down
first has to be higher ( in order to aid me in bringing my shoulders down)
don't bring my arms down in mid-turn
open second a bit wider
free my hands and let them flow into each other
turn out my working leg (to be able to turn more)
lift my leg higher ( in order to get it open more)
plie and go immediately into position
free my head
hit the whipping point (in order to free my head)
land in a definite fifth (and hopefully get into the habit)
feel light and free

so yeah. everyone else is turning better than me. blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. but the class helped i guess. xu jie's nice. ahahaha. he should seriously stop doing our chinese and give us tips on techniques. =x he's nice and patient though. watching him handle us while he's trying to do the chinese is actually very erm, nice? hahaha.

hmmmm.. ooh, went to okh after getting a quick mac meal. the usual seranades 3D. still hafta order seranade strong frm sonata. decided that i was hungry again, and walked to tanglin mall for a mcflurry. hehh. read one whole chapter of my chinese book there. whooo!

omg, just finished watching lost and found on channel 5. aaaah. SATAY!! i want it now!! omg. i shouldnt have watched it. now i have a craving for satay!! blaaah. juicy, tender, glossy beef or chicken or mutton on a stick. dipped in peanut sauce. omg. aaaaaaaahhh.

ah sucks, i seriously doubt that i'll be able to finish my homework. boo.

i'm too lazy to do replies. another day perhaps.

hmmm.. today was fun. went out shopping. it was nice to finally have alot of money on my side. but i think i spent too much =x. ~~mom, don't give me a credit card when i grow up~~

oh yes, i kinda liked ms ong's story yesterday. dnt ask me why. it was about the storybook she had read about the religious views on dancers. she said that dancers should not be too overly obsessed with their bodies, and dont go over the limit. it is a sin to ruin god's temple, and place our images over god. and when the dancers go to hell they wander about aimlessly, still trying to perfect their bodies, which are already perfect. and there was something about the dancer's souls dancing in the mirrors. so we are not to become the unfulfilled dancer.

aaah. just finished reading my past testees, cos i was so bored. ahahha. some of them were damn funny, to me. xD i think nicole and heather have written me the most testees so far. ahahaha. I THINK. yupp. ok, that was random.

anywayy, today was funn!! hahahaha. met wei qin at taka at 9.15. ahaha. and the stupid shops didnt open until 10.15. sigh. sucks. hahahaha. but managed to get all my stuff!! i'm so happy!! and bought shorts frm Wh for 13 bucks. whooo. xD

then then then. had wu jie at 1. he was kinda in a bad mood i think. biru's beloved ming gao didnt show. he's so damn ugly can. please lah. xD yupp.

hsien fa's was the highlight of the day!! whoo!! hahaha. cos he saw us dance for xu jie. so he didnt bother do barre or center, and went straight to nevermore. AND HE LET US WEAR OUR SHIRTS! wheeee~~ did 1st movement twice, and then the whole thing once before he let us off. the rest of the time, just sat there watching biru and minyi do their trio and pas de duex. ahahaha. 3 hrs lehh. but i totally screwed up the dance. sigh. oh wellz.

had island creamery with bi and yue ru, then dad drove us home.

yupp. omg, you know ah. that person told me i grew fatter over the weekends. omg. i'm so i dunno. he sucks lah. and then nevermore, i danced the same as i did saturday, and the day before, but everytime he gives totally different opinions. god.

oh yes, xu jie made me do that flippy thing-a-majig. he dsnt noe my name, but he knows i can back-bend? aaaah. ahaha. i'm kinda thankful that cos of him, i now know how to back-bend standing up, and stand up frm a back-bend? eeeesh, and when i did that flippy thing, my back no strength to get up. blah.=x sigh.

just came back frm chiying's farewell. it was ok lah. went late, so didnt really get to do much. had lots and lotsa fishballs. xD and we listened to the singapore idol results on the radio. whooo!! PAUL TWOHILL!! ahahahha. johnathan's also ok lah. yupp. then we met this mom and her kid, whom we gave our uncooked food to, cos she ran out of food or something. but the kid was so super cutte!! and her mom, damn pro. she only used 3 firestarters, and her fire was WOAH. and she was cooking LAKSA! omg. but they were nice and friendly. yupps.

then after we packed up and all, took a walk down to 7eleven and bought 2 super big gulps. xD CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHETHER THE COKE IN THE BIG GULP IS REAL?? ahahhaa. danielle says its just syrup and water. ahaha. well anyway, that big gulp made me super full. ahaha.

yeah, went to danielle's house. and we talked and we talked and we talked. hmmm.. cheryl and danielle were talking about guides, then somehow we strayed on to what happened during p5 and p6. sigh. p6 was one of the best years ever. hahaha. so many nice and fond and funny memories. ahaha. one of the more funnier ones was when jillian came running into the classroom screaming: "CHERYL JIE JIE! CHERYL JIE JIE!" ahahahaha. during ms kwok's lesson somemore. ahahaha. it was danm funny. hahahaha.

yupp. so that was the party.

anywayy.. yesterday was poo. so tiring. *dies* ahaha. hsien fa's was ok. pointe, nevertheless. haha. he made the 8 of us do pas de duex with him and yw. not really alot, but turns and promenade. he lied lah. hsien fa. he said after doing that, would be able to turn better cos can feel our lower backs, and then.. i still couldnt turn. gaah. eryn could turn. heather was getting better. aaaah. he didnt really pay much attention to me anyway. my toes were killing me. lolx. then when he said he was going to run through nevermore(evermore to mrs chan), i said oh shucks. but he went:"don't say shiout (shit)." and went on telling us a story on when he fell down frm turning in front of the principal dancer and swore, the principal went,'ok, say shit somemore, you shit before you finish.' or something like that. and then he said frm then on, he never swore again. -.- i didn't get it anyway.

had cheeseburger happy meal. ahaha. cos i scared to full to dance. then we were playing with my toy car and singing songs. aahaa. we're such happy and retarded people. i ran out of money. boo.

then went for xu jie's then had ms ong's, then rehearsal for sylphides on sat. super tiring. haha. ok. ooh, but erika and min yi looked cool doing erika's tap solo together. haha. xD
